TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you acknowledge that you are of legal age (18 and above) and agreeing to my Terms of ServiceGeneral:
> I reserve full rights to my artwork and its distribution and use, which means I'm allowed to:
- Display your commissioned piece on my social media;
- Use it to promote myself;
- Use it in my portfolio.
> I reserve the right to decline any commission request I feel not capable of doing / not comfortable with.
Usage:
> You are free to use your commissioned piece however you want, BUT:- Don't trace it / use it as a base.
- Don't claim the art as yours.
> Credit me properly with a link back to one of my galleries when sharing / posting your commission.
> All commissions are for personal use only (commercial use can be discussed)Payment:
> I only accept payment in USD, via Paypal.
> Full payment is required before i start working on your commission.
> Prices may be adjusted depending on the request’s complexity / amount of details.
I DON'T DO REFUNDSProcess:
If you're interested in commissioning me, please follow these steps:1) Get together visual references for characters, poses, clothing, etc.2) Contact me via DM on X (Twitter) or Discord with the type of commission you want. Please also include a written description of your commission and attach the reference images.3) Once the sketch is done, we can work out any changes that need to be made.Notice:
1. If you want your commission to be private there is a +50% extra charge (since i will lose an example), if you want your commission to be anonymous, it is free of charge.2. I will send you a screenshot after I’ve finished the first sketch so you can ask me to change or add some things to the drawing (major edits add 25% to the final price; a major edit would be re-doing the complete drawing or 80% of it).DEADLINE IS 1 TO 3 MONTHSIf there's a demand for a faster delivery of your request, there'll be an addition of fee (prices vary according to how much time I will need to put on it)One last thing!
